Course description

Effective competence management is critical in ensuring that all staff members have the necessary knowledge and skills to follow the required procedures and to work in a safe manner. 

This eLearning provides an overview of competence management in an organisation, including the development of an efficient training programme. This eLearning is divided into two parts:

  1. Principles of Competence Management
  2. Training Techniques

Assessment and certificate

Each part of this eLearning will end with a multiple-choice quiz with a pass mark of 70%. Upon successful completion you will receive a certificate of completion.
